Madder produces red, shades of orange, peach and coral.   \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Overheating a Madder dye bath results in browner, more orange tones.   \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Once the dye has been thoroughly extracted, the ground madder roots and the exhausted dye bath can be used as a reduction source for an indigo vat.
