Pick the quantity from the drop down box.

Hemp has a weight to the fiber and this sliver is compacted, so there is not a lot of fiber per ounce, whereas an extremely light fiber like cotton, you receive quite a bit of volume per ounce.

White hemp fiber for spinning, felting or doll hair sold by the ounce.

You can see from the pictures that the staple length is about 4-5" in length and this is the amount I like to pull off and spin from the fold.

It spins very easily by just pulling off a little bit where the staple length separates, as you see pictured, and folding that in half to spin from the fold. You can spin it with or without water to wet your fingers, but using a little water, helps make the little hairy fibers lay down and produces a smoother, shinier yarn. It makes a very thin and strong thread.

This ships quickly.
https://walnutfarmdesigns.com/products/white-hemp-spinning-fiber-top-for-spinning-felting-or-doll-hair-fiber-bast-fiber-fibers-strick-plant-fibers-linen-vegan
